Rachel will discuss what offshore wind is, how it compares to onshore wind and other renewable sources, why offshore wind energy is necessary for the US East Coast states to meet their climate goals, as well as the federal government's goals for Building Back Better. She will discuss some of the challenges faced by the industry, take questions and talk about how you can get involved.

Senator Bateman (LD-16) is closing out a long career in the NJ State Legislature at the end of this year. He will look back on his memorable experiences in the State Legislature and discuss what he views as his most significant contributions. A question and answer session will follow.
